Hello dear readers, summer is almost around the corner and I suppose each of us wants to look great! If one of your goals is to lose a few extra pounds, today I have some suggestions.
1 - Drink cold water before and warm water after each meal.

1. Drinking a large glass (500 ml or more) of fresh water before eating will make us feel satisfied with Less food. After the meal, it is very important to take warm water to help dissolve the fat we've eaten. Also, one of the things we need to avoid is drinking coffee just before eating. Coffee cleans the stomach and this already has gastric juices, causing the fat we eat to go and stick to the walls of it.
2 - To keep moving is vital when you want to lose weight. Usually what I do is take Zumba classes twice a week, but the rest of the days of the week, I dance at home at least twenty minutes. When dancing, we not only keep fit, but also with the sound of the music, our brain receives more energy and keeps us energized and positive the whole day!
3 - My mother always says, . "God helps those who get up early." Now, I think she is totally right.
